This guy used to give an eye contact to me since 2-3 yrs. I approached him and we r friends now. But at first he hesitated to talk to me..i dont know why. Then he talked nicely. My problem is....sometimes he talks very nicely,...he makes me laugh...he shows that he cares.. But sometimes he gives very to the point answers to me...and converse as if hez just doing a formality. Not only this...sometimes he completely ignores me.I m so confused becoz of his mood swings. What do u think...why is he behaving this way??Are they really mood swings or do u think hez just being nice?Should i ask him directly whether he really wanna talk to me or not?

Sounds as if he's comfortable with your friendship, but uncomfortable getting any closer.
Relax, for cryin' out loud. Be happy that you have a friend and stop trying to push the envelope or you'll appear desperate. When he's ready, he'll make a move, and if you're available then, you can respond accordingly. Until then, enjoy things as they are. Stop trying to force the issue.

He's probably either shy, awkward, or possibly mentally ill (and I do NOT mean retarded or slow or anything). I suggest politely talking to him about it. No sense beating around the bush and wondering. The only way you'll find out for sure is to ask.

honestly babe, i never like guys with mood swings. its cool and sweet to hear that he's such an adorable to treat u as he did. but when he's not 'in the mood', i feel so sory for u. u should ask him though hun. ask him whatever u feel like asking. that should do both of u good.

Same as yesterday....hes a guy. He prolly likes you, but you have to COMMUNICATE. That is the only way to find out for sure

maybe try ignoring him one day and see if it affects him at all. if he doesn't care you should have your answer. i wouldn't ask him; you don't want to seem like one of those girls that always needs lots of attention, and is always worried that someone doesn't like her :) good luck

I think you should talk to him and find out his problem. maby he has a problem or he likes you. maby if you have a boyfriend that can be the problem if he likes you.
