Ok, I've been going out with my current girlfriend(Miss A) for a while and she introduced me to her friend(Miss B). Miss B and I really hit it off and I'm starting to like her more and more, So much so that the prospect of a relationship with Miss A seem dull and unhappy. Miss A and I have been great friends for a while and i don't want to ruin that by that asking her best friend out after i break up with her. What should i do???

Forget about it. It ain't happening...

Not possible to switch Miss A for Miss B unless Miss B is a backstabbing type person. If she is friends with Miss A, she will say no and promptly tell Miss A about your asking. Both will laugh at you and talk about what a jerk you are to ask out someones best friend right after you broke up.

On the other hand, if Miss B is the undercutting type and says "Yes" then Miss A will hate both of your guts and no friendship will be possible between you and Miss A or between Miss A and Miss B. Also, it will say a great deal about Miss B's lack of loyalty to a friendship. She will eventually backstab you too.

You may have a decent shot with Miss B if you have been broken up with Miss A for several months and your relationship with Miss A was sort of casual and not very serious anyway. If it was a real serious, long term thing, it will never work out well with Miss B.

Best of luck...

Always try to look at things through the other persons eyes. How would you feel if you were Mr A. and there was a Mr. B that she was asking this question about? If you don't like being with ms A then leave her but don't do it to be with her friend. You will break her heart and ruin a friendship. Its not worth all that. If you're not happy where you are then be honest with her and leave or try your best to work it out and make it better with her.

I think that is just so mean. My heart would be broken if that was me. So, you need to think about that too. Even if you and Miss B get together it will not last. Do you think you can trust her anyway after she screwed a friend over. (if it happens)

Break up with Miss A, because you aren't really that into her...but it wouldn't be kewl to date her friend (for you or the friend) so move on and find someone you really do dig. Don't "settle"

I think you would be wise to consider moving to a faraway place out of rifle shot and start over under a new name.
