I've thought of this possibility before... if the universe really is as old as it is claimed to be, the earth could have been made from pre-existing lumps of rock. I guess it's one way to reconcile creationism with the Big Bang and/or evolution. The problem is, like so many other theories, there is little evidence and no proof.

A careful reading and understanding of the Bible narrative of creation says that the earth was ( had become) void indicating there has been a 'former' earth. Without doing harm to the meaning, Genesis 1:1 could very well read: "In the beginning, when God created the heavens and earth again (or re-created), because the former creation had become void and darkness was all thoughout deep space."
True science and the Bible will always agree when properly understood.

Treating The Bible because of the fact the only writ and rule of the religion - The Bible needless to say, strongly and usually says that this is to no longer be used in this variety. Exclusivism - the concept purely *their* particular form of Christianity will flow to Heaven. i think The Catholic Church is the single genuine Church, yet i'm no longer likely to assert that different will flow to hell because of the fact they have been raised a definite way. For a people who thump that The Bible because of the fact the only written fact, a good number of would be unable to look to income from it`s training. particularly, those from the occasion of St.Paul. 0 duty - “All you are able to desire to do is have confidence, and you will flow to Heaven.” astounding. The Bible teaches that the path to hell is huge and the line to Heaven is narrow. If all we had to do grow to be have confidence, does no longer that be any incorrect way around? I mean, everybody can have confidence in Jesus as long as they do no longer certainly could desire to do something approximately it. The Bible says “Even the demons have confidence and tremble.” The Sacraments - the concept there are purely 2 sacraments or “ordinances” because of the fact purely 2 have been prescribed in the Bible, in spite of the Biblical data of all seven. no longer to show the push aside for The Eucharist or Reconciliation (see 0 duty).

They just want to show they read the bible like the rest of us don't. And it talks about the recreation meaning a changeing of the earth by the destruction of the wicked.
After Noah the earth wasn't as much changed as the wicked people were gone which made changes.

No. This Earth will be re-created anew for those who are Saved, after the end of the Millennium, after sin and sinners have been permanently destroyed.

Why do you believe in the Words of men, Jesus told us all things, believe in only the testimony of Jesus Christ and His witness John. The truth shall make you free.

It's their way of saying, "Oh, what I meant to say was...." to avoid looking ridiculous and incredulous.
