I think so. Individually and whole communities. I never heard of humanity being happy with the way things are. Someone is always pushing for improvements.

yes....
there was something I was trying to fill within me all my life. Guys couldnt do it. Alcohol couldnt do it. Being attractive or popular or accomplished was never enough. The love of my parents wasnt enough.
I think many people are content to just spend their life 'looking'..enjoying the thrill of that next 'maybe'.
I found fulfillment when I let Christ into my life and my soul finally found rest. God leaves us all a little empty with a longing only He can fill. Some people just find substitutes instead of getting the Real Thing.

I don't know for sure, but I like life and I am quite satisfied with it. You should always look beyond things, satisfied or not. I don't think we are born with it though, I think it just depends on how you're raised, personality, etc. Nice one, TTC. :]

i think that human kind wants explanations; we all want answers about the how and why of life and we therefore look for reasons beyond what society may tell us.

exactly, to know that this world is not to fulfill our desires but to prepare for hereafter. This is world of trial. Hereafter is world of actualising our desire.
