I mean, I've even talked to seemingly intelligent Christians who really, really claim to have MET Jesus!!! and they talk to "him" every day, and Jesus "guides" them, etc!!!!

I show them how the Josephus account was erroneous and how Tacitus and others fail historically, and how nearly every extra-biblical account of Jesus can easily be construed as a FORGERY - basically, how it is simply foolish to claim Christianity as true, in the face of all the overwhelming evidence against it.

They tell me things like: I'm a fool for Jesus, or that they cannot listen to me because they might go to Hell!!!

Are they all just CRAZY?

HERE'S THREE OF SIX THOUSAND SOURCES I HAVE:

yes we do. believing Jesus actually existed is the whole basis of christianity..... what is this "overwhelming evidence" you have??? i have only been able to find "overwhelming evidence" of his existence.

i read a coule of the lins... i have not found on word of any kind of evidence tha JESUS never existed... websites put together by atheists who think he never existed dont count... you need to find an unbiased source,

and just for the record, i have never not talked to someone out of fear of goin to hell.... Jesus dined with thiefs and liars...any christian who says they cant talk or minister to someone just becasue they believe the yare "evil" or whatever, doesnt have very good understanding, in my opinion.

Actually you posted four of the six thousand sources.

The Bible is considered proof. It is historically authentic and mentions Jesus many times. We have more proof in those writings than anywhere else. Even if you don't believe it to be the word of God, it is considered a historical and accurate document because of the other true historical things mentioned...therefore it is believed that Jesus being mentioned is also true.

All the websites you offer are those with an agenda to disprove Christ. They cannot.

I agree to a point. Yes other than the Bible Josephus seems to be the only one to mention Jesus. And yes many think it was amended. Here's where I differ. I think he existed, only as a man who people may have loved and revered. But not as a god or the son of god. I think it would have been too hard for Christianity to survive for so long had Jesus not actually existed. That's my opinion.

you're dropping suitable perspective of what a Christian, or servant of God, rather is. If a individual believes in God and is prepared to sacrifice their own will to follows His, then they're additionally going to treat the full Bible because of the fact the certainty of reality. Jesus is a determine that demands to be dealt with as a real individual. you're stunning that the advice He gave is rather important. yet to consciously place any value on denying His existence is showing a loss of religion and a demonstration of following your guy or woman Will rather of God's. anybody who debates over the literal factors of the Bible would not understand God in any respect.

if you check Roman documents you will see that there was Jesus and that he was born in Bethlehem raised in Nazareth and crucified for teachings that told him to be the son of God and the King of the Jews. also i didn't check your sites but what if they are the forgeries because nothing in the bible has ever even come close to being disproved. in fact as time goes by more prophecies foretold thousands of years ago are coming to fruition. you have to be desperate to not believe in Christianity, that or simply deceived by those who are desperate.

I don't believer Jesus existed. I know He exists. He is still alive. He still exists and will exist forever. Quite frankly the Bible is all the proof I need. And yes I believe He guides me and I talk to Him every day. I love Him and He is my best friend. Why wouldn't I talk to Him?

There is a multitude more of scholars who will in fact say that he did exist. The Josephus account has been altered but scholars (including Jewish) agree that is in fact a mention of Jesus of Nazareth.

Plus notice how you didn't list a single unbias source. When I can give you multitudes of sources from non-Christians who say Jesus in fact existed.

Yes, I believe that He really does exist. I talk with Him on a daily basis through prayer. Oh, and your "sources" are all flawed. I can easily dispute all four of those.

I have never met one of The True Christian Faith who claimed to have actualy met Jesus The Christ... in person.... but... all of The Faith "know" that Jesus is real... the proof for that may only come from God... no one of The Faith can prove it to you or to any one else... not one of your" sources" has any credible evidence for the non-existance of God or Jesus.... and no one of The True Christian Faith can prove the existance of God or Jesus... and no one of The Faith will actualy try to do so... That is for God to decide who is to know The Truth ... and when he decides for you to know The Truth He will let you know... of course you will be free to reject The Truth if you so choose... that will be your loss... your own fault and not God's... you damn yourself... God damns no one.

Visions of Jesus, Mary, and Angels are common among Christians and one of the leading reasons people convert to Christianity.

I have no idea what this means for society at large given that they try to impose cultural censorship and impose their worldview upon others, and that most politicians are probably Christians who really want to have those visions.

I found that making conclusions gets your answer reported.

Of course we believe it. We know it to be true, both by experience and by archeological and historical record.

The sources you cite aren't worth the time it takes to look at it.
