30mg/kg * 1kg/2.2lbs * 780lbs * 1 tablet/960mg = 11 tablets

So, 11 tablets per dose, twice a day (bid) for 7 days is 154 tablets

Sorry, can't figure out how to type that as fractions, but write it out and notice the units "cancel" to leave "tablets" as the unit of the answer. 1Kg/2.2lbs is the conversion factor between pounds and kilograms. The answer is very slightly greater than 11 tablets, so round down to 11 tablets. The "*" is the multiplication operator.

Ok, the horse it taking 30mg BID or what? If so, that would be 60mg a day. For 7 days that would be 420mg. Are you sure the tabs only come in 960mg?? If so, you wouldn't even need one whole tablet. You wouldn't even need 1/2 of a tablet.
