It means someone is teasing or irritating you so much, that the "nice" (best) part of you is leaving when he is around.

I believe it means that someone is taking advantage of you or is getting you to react emotionally rather than logically.

It really means the opposite of what is said. sarcasm.

It could mean.....they are making you upset, or concerned.
