I just started taking 10mg pills and I like to take them every school day. I'm wondering if adderall gets weaker the longer you take it and how long does it usually take before I need to increase my dose. Thanks.

The dose of Adderal required for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder may increase with time, but usually at a much slower rate than the dose required to give you a high. Many of my patients had dosage adjustments within a few weeks, then remained on that dosage for a long period of time.

Depends one the person. Everyone develops tolerances differently. I wouldn't recommend increasing dosages of adderall because it's an amphetamine. They are very addictive.
