i have to erase all data on my pc due to a trouble. but this unfortunately erases my MS-Office as well. how to get it back?? i got its cd off a friend actually, but he is not in the country now. what to do??

I vote for OpenOffice.org also. My next reformat will include this instead of Office. I do have a legal copy of Office through my company and bought from Microsoft, but I don't like the bloatware associated with Office.
Last time I priced office it was around $500.

You could buy a grayware import on eBay - it will cost you about £80. Alternatively, download a copy of OpenOffice.org. It will read and write Office documents and it's a lot better than Office 2003.
