It could be anything. Take him to the vet.
With an animal getting on in years, hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

A vet check is needed, diabetes, cushings, kidney tumors and several other disorders can cause this in a senior dog. Good Luck

If you haven't seen him drink any water in the past 24 hrs, I would take him to the doctor. He could get kidney failure if he get's too dehydrated.

If he doesnt drink water he will get dehydrated and get very sick, you need to call a vet ASAP.

take him to a vet right away!!! at his age he is probally sick and needs help. my dog did this and it was because she was allergic to something in her dog food and made her sick and she wouldn't eat or drink anything take your dog to the vet right away!!!!!
