Can these tire (225/40/19) fit into my Nissan 300zx 1994?

No they will be to large diameter to turn and hit the front of the rear fender bottom The biggest 18" that fits is 235/35/18

they will work for the front, but the rears you will want 245 series tires, and 18" rims will do better for you. 245/40R18 will work all around the car.
