Be good to yourself first, before you can take care of anyone else...You are the movie producer of your life, you are writing your scene you are the actor, and so forth. If you do not put that thought in your mind that this should be done, your mind will not move your body to go do it...take steps do a little today and a little tomorrow...and enjoy what you have done.

I can sympathize with that, Biker.

Sometimes if you look at a whole bunch of tasks, it just plain looks scary and so you don't want to do any of it. But if you make a list of what you need to do, then do one thing at a time rather than spazzing out trying to do everything- or freezing because you don't know which way to go- then you can get a lot done.

Try getting up a bit early in the morning to get started. And take a coffee break somewhere in the middle: It doesn't really matter when or where. And promise yourself something special after you finish meeting your goal, such as a pizza or a movie.
