Just because you got arrested, doesn't mean you're guilty, so I don't think they can release that.
If you were arrested, but not convicted, try and get your record expunged. They never truly expunge it, but a future employer will not be able to access info. The FBI and other law enforcement agencies probably will be able to though.
Speak to your lawyer, and ask him.
