Did the doctors take x-rays I hope?
any allergies or asthma?
otherwise anxiety sounds like what can be going on..and that is why the docotor can not pin point it. not a common thing in males...But you guys do get it!!
Need to get that area looked at as well...anxiety is caused by anxious attitudes and fearful thoughts. look into this and see if there is an underlying reason for you to go through these. You will know if it causes you to go into pain. And if so you need help with that area before they turn into panic attacks..
So get positive thoughts in there, before you make yourself ill. Need to get in charge of your life.

Because they think they know it all. Also, information is changing everyday. Back in the day, a doctor wouldn't have told an expectant mother that she shouldn't take certain medications during pregnancy. Then, there was a time when an expectant mother was told not to take ANY medication. But now certain medications have been proven safe. I've found that it depends on how old the person is that's giving the advice. They think what their doctor told them 20 years ago still applies.

It could be that you have a hernia, or a simple case of gas. Try taking a Gas reducer like Gas X or something. If that doesn't help, go for a hernia examination.

In the mose severe of circumstances, you could be developing an Abdomnial Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) in which you need to get medical attention immediately, though unlikely if you have a good diet and exercise.

Hi my names is Travis I am 21 and am currently in the US Army(just a lil backround info) And I read your question and I had a very similar problem and problems like that normally come from stress. You may not think so but your body is saying otherwise. When I read your message I called my doctor right away and told him about it and he said the same thing you just need to take a break and get your mind off things thats what I did and it went away. It comes back from time to time because im married lol but when it does I just do something to get my mind off life and do something i like, like a hobby or video games or even movies. See I used to have it so bad I felt like i was going to collapse and because my chest my back and everything in between hurt and it felt like i had a shortness of breath. What you should do is go back to your doctor and mention this to him/her and they will probably agree. If you have any questions just feel free to email me.
