A great big juicy hamburger with fantastic fries. It's always the greasy stuff that makes you feel better. It's almost like you need a good solid meal to fill you up so you can go take a nap to nurse that hangover of yours!
Been doing some partyin' I see! LOL
Celebrating anything special?

I find that something starchy and fattening seems to work well... mostly because part of the stomach problems is the fact that the alcohol is still in your stomach, and is attacking your stomach lining - so starches soak it up, and fats help to line it... that's what I am told anyhow.
My favorite hung over meal would probably french toast - I go without the syrup all over it because that just makes my stomach hurt more, or "egg in a hole" which is a more savory french toast with a hole cut in the middle, then you fry an egg in the hole while it's cooking. Omelettes are good too.

Anything greesy!!! I like pizza or speg - o's with meatballs... ive also heard bananas - but it hasnt helped me out yet
Also - if you go to a health food store and pick up Prickly Pear Juice - drink it about 5 hours before you start drinking and it cancels out all the crap that actually gives you the hangover - so beat it before it happens
NOT BREAD - it soaks up all the alcohol but it works like a sponge - as soon as you start digesting the bread it "rings" right back into your stomach and you will end up feeling worse!!! again i plead with you DO NOT EAT BREAD OR CRACKERS
PS coffee just speeds up the process - doesnt really help
TRUST ME PLEASE
Hold off on water - you stomach is way to sensitve for it - try a dr pepper

Either the menudo or beans and rice from the /awesome/ mexican place nearby, or oxtail soup from the korean place up the block. A good bloody mary or mimosa doesn't hurt, either.
ADDENDUM: I'm more than a little disturbed by the answer that recommends soda over water, because one's stomach would be too sensitive for water....seriously? Do you know how much /crap/ is in soda that isn't in plain ol' h2o?

Menudo. I'm Mexican and I've never had a hangover but I remember when I was little and there was a serious party everyone would spend the night because they knew there would be menudo in the morning.

bacon and eggs = fat and protein, add homefries and get some absorbing carbs in there, also if you drink more water before you go to bed, you won't be as hung-over to begin with, also i always have some soda, it feels good on the way down, and substitutes the caffeine i usually get from the coffee that i can't stomach when im hungover
