during this year i`ve been under a huge amount of work, and i started to have a rash all over my hands neck and back. Please tell me if this is just my imagination

Sure I would break out in a rash when I was under stress. This was a very long time ago, I also would get lock jaw from it as well.
I ha vent had that problem in years now its been. I prefer not to stress enough to make myself sick over things. So I stopped doing it.

severe anxiety can often be accompanied by a rash. It's called hives. You can get relief from your doctor.

oh yes, my boss use to break out in hives anytime the president of the company wanted to speak to her.
