this is for people who are catholic only please. if you are atheist and try to disrespect me or try to say something that is rude. can you please relax and stop obsessing about what other people have chosen to believe, and i will pray for you. because i will not change who i am and i want to believe.

help, i'm quite noobie, and i don't know much. i want to read this book called the complete and updated catechism of the catholic church. and i can't read it because the grammar is too great for me, i can't seem to understand it much. i can understand some parts because god has created every man with love and with light and his image but i can't seem to read some other parts. help!

What you want to read is the Compendium of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It takes the basic Catechism and boils it down in a question-and-answer format. It is VERY easy to read and very helpful.

You can read it online (url below), but it's a nice idea to buy a copy, because there is beautiful artwork in it to add inspiration, selected by Pope Benedict XVI himself (although he did that just shortly before he was elected pope).

I agree that it is difficult to understand. Try going to http://www.americancatholic.org. It is the site for St. Anthony Press. Franciscans are much easier to understand.
