Does Prov 4:18 really justify an organization replacing doctrines and failed prophecies with new doctrines and prophecies, or does it simply contrast the benefit to the "righteous" of obeying a wise father (Prov 4:10-19)? False teachings can be called "false words" and Prov 13:5 says, "A false word is what the righteous hates..." When the WTS changes a teaching to something that is totally different, is it like a light that is getting brighter and brighter or more like having one false light (word) completely turned off and a totally different light turned on? Do you think the WTS would be critical of any other organization that changed its teachings as many times on as many different issues over the last 100 years as the WTS has?

Dear New Convert,
If the "organization" rigidly taught many things to new converts 25 years ago as "God's unchanging truth," but reject them today as apostate, how can you trust what they rigidly teach you as "God's unchanging truth" today? Today's veteran Witnesses converted 25 years ago will be disfellowshipped for continuing to believe "old light"! click here to see
Amazing things the Watchtower taught New converts 25 years ago!
An informed Witness, is soon to be an Ex-WITNESS!!! Enter the information age!

We speak the truth in Love...
If Witnesses have the truth and nothing to fear from self-investigation, why are they officially forbidden from reading any materials that cross-examine their doctrines?

A suicidal mother, with the full consent, knowledge and help of other Jw's, kidnaps her kids from their father. His greatest sin was that he smoked cigarettes but the real reason is because he said one time to his wife, "my kids are forbidden to go to the Kingdom Hall." A week later they vanished! (PS the mother finally kills herself and the kids to this day, after 25 years, are forbidden by the Jw's to associate with their father, at the risk of being thrown out of the organization.)

I have discussed this many times. The thing that sticks in my throat is not so much the 'new understanding' of scripture but the other proclamations that the organisation has made over the years wich have blighted peoples lives, proclamations that have NO founding in scripture and yet proclamations which they have said are true because the FDS are sprit anointed therefore everything that comes out if their mouths is from Gods spirit. So supporting racial segregation comes from Gods spirit, as does a ban on vaccinations and organ transplants. They are liars who conveniently use a scripture to cover up and excuse them when they are found out.

LET'S (FINALLY) GET REAL ! ! !

YES; There HAVE BEEN "Minor" changes in Doctrine Over the MANY Years Since Pastor Russell put forth the MUCH Needed EFFORT "Towards Coming"2 a Better; More Clear Understanding of the Bible.

But isn't that Why ANYBODY Studies the Bible ?

Pastor Russell and Jehovah's Organization SIMPLY "Took Time" 2 Gain this VALUABLE INSIGHT Into the Scriptures!

Just like ANYBODY that Studies God's Word ! ! !

You may enjoy this little site. Within the site are many interesting and informative ideas.

Russell began a movement that was changed by Rutherford and cemented by Knorr and Franz for many years. The dogma has changed some as "new light" seems to flicker on here and there.

Russell based his teachings on Miller, N.H. Barbour, masonic traditions, and pyramidology. This set up many doctrines and a date that was followed by Rutherford and his successors.

The date set was the year of the return of Christ. This was 1914.

Christ means "anointed".

The leaders of the organization say they are all anointed.

Read these verses.

Matthew 24:
4
And Jesus answered and said to them, “See to it that no one misleads you.
5 “For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many.

Plug in the English translation for clarity with one word here:

5 “For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Anointed,’ and will mislead many.

The doctrines, teachings and prophecies are in the Bible and they remain constant. It is the understanding of these that is refined over time.

I do not think that Jehovah's Witnesses would be critical of a religious organisation that changed it's views of scriptural matters. They would quite rightly be critical of a religious organisation that continued to teach beliefs it knows to be wrong, or one that abandons elements of pure worship for Babylonish teachings.

After the death of the apostles, a period of darkness gradually engulfed the professed followers of Jesus Christ. “Oppressive wolves” took over. (Acts 20:29, 30) It was even as Jesus foretold in one of his parables. He compared the kingdom of heaven to “a man that sowed fine seed in his field.” Then an “enemy came and oversowed weeds in among the wheat.” As a result, the weeds predominated in that worldwide religious field for many centuries.

In the early 1870’s a group of earnest, open-minded Bible students started to meet for an unbiased study of God’s Word. Instead of the creeds of Christendom, they took the inspired Scriptures as their guide. The wisdom, reasonableness, harmony and power of the Bible’s message convinced them an intelligent Creator really exists, they understood understood the basic truths regarding Jesus Christ, the ever-increasing light made clear to these Christians the importance of Jehovah’s kingdom as the only remedy for mankind’s ills.

This increase of light also revealed to these open-minded students of the Bible that many of the teachings of Christendom were completely in error. So, with boldness and conviction they preached that the Bible is God’s inspired Word.

since march 14 until now almost 147,000 people became Jehovah ´s witnesses and about 600 millions hours preaching God´s kingdom in 238 countries and about 300 hundreds Kingdom halls built it.

If we belongs to the devil don´t worry we will fall but if we belongs to God almighty nobody will stop the preaching of this good news.
