I am polite, soft spoken but it is hard for me to express my feelings. It seems everyone finds me boring . What should i do?

Girls are confused with shy guys because they are not sure about their feelings. However this doesn't mean that they are not interested in you it is just that they want an easier situation where things are clear. Don't worry some day there will be at least one girl that will realize that you worth her attention. Outgoing guys make the girls feel safer and they are confident. Don't change yourself i find it romantic that you are shy i'm kind of shy too because i don't express easily my true feelings(i let the others believe that they know what i think). Just try to be confident and love yourself. Good luck !

I really don't think that everyone hates you or is not interested. This is from their perspective. Sometimes, shy people can seem aloof and snobby to some just because they don't talk to people often. Of course, this is not true! I was once pretty shy and well, it takes time to open up to people. You don't have to express your feelings the first time you talk to a person. Just start with small talk. Ask her about the weather or how her day was. Then, introduce yourself with a handshake. I find a friendly hello and a handshake usually works. If it doesn't, this person isn't worth your time anyways.
Also, join or volunteer for clubs or organizations that you enjoy. For example, if you like hiking, join a hiking club...that way it is real easy to talk to someone since they already enjoy your same interest.

I'm the same way. My friends tell me that when other people meet me and talk to me, or when they are just around me, they think im anti-social, not interested in other people, not nice, etc. After they get to know me and realize i'm just shy and quiet around people i dont know, they start to like me better.
You are just going to have to learn how to break out of your shell and start talking to people more often. Dont always wait for the other person to say hello. If you act more outgoing sometimes, people will take notice.
Some girls love shy guys, but you cant always be shy around them. Shy for a few times is ok, but you are going to have to let your guard down around them after awhile so they can get to know you. I get ten times as shy around girls i like and it always kept me from having relationships with them because after awhile they were confused as to whether i was really shy or just not interested.
Life is too short to be shy all the time. Just remember that we are all human and we all need to laugh at ourselves. Dont take yourself too seriously and you will start to lose some of that shyness.

dude i used to be just like you if you are more outgoing and not so shy people will accept you. I am still shy but iam not afraid to express my self. Show or tell some people what you are interested in but dont show off.

not neccesarily you see there are good things and bad things about being shy and or out-there when your shy your not a very talkative person...when first meet. when your out-there, they can start convo very easily when your shy you don't need to worry about talking to much and turning them off when your out-there, you can over do it and turn the guy off so there you go

Maybe people don't really find you boring,they just don't know how to approach you. Work up the courage to speak up more, start or join in a conversation, let the girls know you exist. Don't look away when someone speaks to you, look in their eyes, it helps them feel important and listened to.

Let your personality shine through... shy people are you usally perfectionists and try really hard to better themselves... that has it's merit if you let people see it.
