Im not really sure about stomach tumors but i know with certain Uterine Tumors because of their rat of returning and your age they think that a hysterectomy is the best course of action. They think i might have a fibrous tumor in my uterus what is ur diagnosis? U can email me if u want to talk about it.

i'm not sure about a stomach tumor, but my mom had a tumor when she was 13 and had to have an ovary removed, but she was still able to have kids (obviously). But i guess it really depends on exactly where it is, how big it is, etc.

Well, the stomach is the stomach and the uterus is the uterus and the two aren't the same so I think the obvious answer is no.
