I stay in japan.I applies refugee application to japan gov. they gave me Certificate of Provisional Release?

but i don't want to stay in japan. i want to go to uk. i have passport. but have not visa. therefore how to go out from japan. plz..help me from united kingdom.

Apply at the British Embassy in Japan so that you can go to UK,
