a friend of mine has to put braces. what colour should he choose in order not to be seen too much?
any other tips and choices for braces are well welcomed :)

Gray dosn't show much and the same for clear
But don't get yellow cuase they make it look like you don't brush your teeth

He shouldnt worry about them not being seen, iv had braces and so many ppl do now that after a while no even notices em!
but if he realli dnt want them to be noticed go for grey =]
also if anything comes off the brace or anything dnt worry the dentist dont care!

Many people say white, but they can easily get stained yellow and that's really gross!!! But there's something WAY better he can get: Invisalign. Invisalign braces are completely invisible! Learn more about them at www.invisalign.com or Google: Invisalign braces.

Just pick a dull color like grey or black or navy,
Don't do yellow- It makes you teeth look yellow.
Don't do white or clear- If you eat spagetti or ketchup, the bands will be stained with that color sauce

Its kool putting different colors :)
I think either way his braces will show.
But he can try putting the color of his wires.

plain metal looks better than colors which look like you have food in your teeth and are disgusting looking and look far worse than metal. clear discolor and look gross..
