i want to protect excel formula rows but also i want to edit there what can i do please help me?

Your question is a little vague.

If you want others to be able to not view the formulas, but be able to change the contents of the cell then:

Select all of the cells on the worksheet. Then format those cells by going to the Protection tab unchecking Lock and checking Hidden. Then go to Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet. Make sure you check everything you want people to have access to change and then type in a password and click OK.

If you want it locked for others and not yourself protect and lock the cells and then you can enter the password and change stuff but they won't be able to.
