I was going to put whole grain oats, water, and fruit into a blender and liqiufy it.

I am only going to drink this for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Is it ok to not have any solids in your diet? Will I constantly have diarahha?

so are you going to drink your meals for the rest of your life? it's better to eat normally so you can go anywhere and get fed. besides, you need vegetables and protein (more than the grain). yes, if you only take in liquids, that's all that will come out.

Not quite sure why you would want to do that. Eating is an oral pleasure. you get the food that you need and the pleasure that comres out of the action of chewing. It keeps you occupied and is or can be a social activitibity. The slower you eat the better the sensetions.

If you mix this all up and drink it you are making it like the food doesn't matter and you don't care about it and you just drink it up and don't think about the taste and texture. You are also not getting all the goodness from all the foods. If you were to read the South Beach Diet you would see how you need to each a certain number of small diets a day and how some foods don't interact well with other foods. It's like you wouldn't eat oilive oil alone, and you wouldn't eat bread alone, but if you put the two together it turns out that the oil helps you digest the wheat in your system. that's just one of the examples. But it isn't a good idea to do what you are trying to o with your three mixed up meals. Sit back and enjoy your meals, even if it's just you.

I think that you need to be eating some type of solid in you diet. Liquifyimg oats and the like may be nice once in a while, but the calorie intake will be the same either way. You probably burn more calories chewing, than just drinking.

Why wouldn't you just eat the whole food. If you can chew, then chew. If you liquify your meals, they'll be digested quicker and you'll also get hungry quicker because the food will pass through your system faster. Eat 500 calories of whole food vs 500 calories of liquid food, you'll eat way more throughout the day on the liquid diet.
