I hate to be shallow, but you said 5 minutes:
1- stable job (he can't live with his parents!)
2- intelligent conversation
3- compassion and caring
4- religious values/strong moral belifs
5- a nice smile and moderately hansome looks

1 Physical Attraction (thats important)
2 Sense of Humor (he has to make me laugh)
3 Where he images himself in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years (tells me if he's on the same path as I am - if he wants kids/family/travel/living situation - what his values are)
4 Hobbies and exercise (does he sit on his butt and play video games/watch tv after work? would our interests match)
5 What was the reason(s) his last relationship ended.
