I either like a greek salad hold the olive's with Italian dressing, or a garden salad with tomoato, cucumber, green pepper, eggs, colby cheese, feta cheese, crouton's, carrots, sometimes onion, french dressing, with lot's of black pepper sprinkled on top. Often eaten with a side of small curd cottage cheese. The creamy kind, not dry.

Lettuce, baby spinach, cucumbers, maybe some red onion, boiled egg white, have to have sunflower seeds and a tangy French dressing. Yum. Ham is always good too.

Homemade balsamic vinaigrette, flavored feta, and homemade garlic croutons, on non-iceberg lettuce. I like romaine and spinach. And occasionally some toasted pine nuts or candied walnuts.
