Of course that is all opinion, there are plenty of other great games availible.
As for FEAR, that game is good but it is a horrible port. To be honest, it looks like a PS2 game. What it does have though, is all of the gameplay and AI that made it great, as well as some extra levels and weapons exclusive to the PS3 version. If you are interested in it, it is a worthwile purchase if you can overlook the graphics.

1.Assasins creed 2- It is an interesting storyline and a really fun game, combining stealth and violence. 2. Heavy rain- Kind of like a movie but is interactive. It's a murder mistery and depending on what choises you make, depends on how it ends. There are 22 different endings! 3. Lost planet 2- It comes out soon and i playeda demo and seemed like a really interesting game. Some other great games you might want to get are god of war 3 and just cause 2, massive map and can do so many things!

I own all 3 of these games and they are some of the best PS3 exclusives out right now. And I heard that F.E.A.R. wasn't a really good game.

I'm going with Resistance: Fall of Man, Heavenly Sword and Warhawk.
My friend played F.E.A.R. on 360 and said it wasn't that good, but I've heard others say it was great. Its probably worth at least a rental.

No good ones out right now, PS3 is kind of shitty at the moment.
I bought one, haven't played it more than once.
Waiting for LittleBigPlanet to come out,
that is going to be a console seller.
One of the best games I have ever seen, exclusive to the PS3.
Assassin's Creed will be amazing too, but that's not exclusive, I'm getting that for 360.

id say resistance, nba live 08 and splinter cell DA of whats comming out metal gear solid 4 which is posibly da best game ever then assasins creed and gta 4
