I don't want to crush his feelings but at the same time I don't want him to think I feel the same way for him as he feels for me. He tells me all of these cute things like the best part of him going into work is getting to talk to me. We have only been talking for about 3 weeks now and I don't feel the same the best part of my day was talking to my best friend.

You should be honest with him no matter what.
I feel in love with a guy from my Church and he knew it and he was man enough to tell me that he didn't feel the same for me. Yes of course it hurt me but I was happy that he told me up front.
You don't want to lead him on because it will hurt worse in the long run and it will cause more damage to him.

Brutal honesty is hard but necessary,you HAVE to tell him ,you think he is lovely and that you are flattered but you are not in the same place he is.If you do this he will never be able to accuse you of leading him on and throwing it all back in your face.Be careful though lots of guys think you saying this is a sign for him to chase you even more,you have to be strong and cut him off a little bit,im not saying stop speaking to him but make yourself a bit more unavailable for a while, so he knows you mean it.Be kind but firm.

I definitely believe you need to be honest or it will lead things to a point where it will be much harder to deal with, the sooner these things come out the better!!

as far as feelings r concerned
its very imp to tell the other person wat u feel...
coz sumhow its wrong...dat he is unaware of like u dont feel 4 him as much as he feels 4 u
all the more u dont have any rights playing wid his emotions n sentiments
so its always advisable to make urself very clear
so dat no harsh feelings thereafter

Be straight up with him. Tell him you aren't into being romantic with him and you prefer to kep it non physical but friendly.
