I have. but you have to know what you are talking about.
wa it radar or lidar
was it within 1100 ft. could he have held it on you for 3 seconds, were there any obstructions between you and the officer, were there any other vehicles around you?
And when you get to court it isn't about guilt or innocence, it is about money. They automatically assume you are lying. You have to prove that the officer is wrong. And that is hard to do. The first thing an officer says to you is "do you know how fast you were going" that is were you are supposed to say "yes, 60 mph with the cruise on, and the speed limit is 55, so there is another reason you are pulling me over?" metal signs chrome grills on passing cars, a curve in the road with a passing car can all confuse radar, but lidar is a lot more accurate, that takes officer error, and just
a second to accurately gauge your speed.

Have you changed tire sizes on your car? My wifes truck has larger tires than factory installed and it raised the speed by 5 MPH from the speedometer. We were lucky and found it out in a construction zone that had the speed meter to let you know your speed. I got a ticket in Florida while pulling out of a gas station because a car in the second lane went by while I was turning out and the States Trooper clocked him and ticketed me. No way to get out of it.

no me, but i have a friend with a beat up ford escort that can only reach the top speed of 70, and i mean, if you floor it and drive downhill for 2 mins then it'll hit 70
he was pulled over for going 85 in a 65
while he was really going 60, the cop wrote him 3 tickets
not wearing a seat belt (he was wearing a seat belt)
dim lincense plate light (it was a perfectly lit plate, he took it to a police station at night and asked the officers to look at it and see if anything was wrong with it, the officer says it's fine)
he did not beat the ticket, i don't know what it all cost him, it made his insurance go up and problly have to work 3 month to pay the tickets
almost lost his lincense

I got pulled over for 45 in a 40 once. Because the limit was 40, and I was going 45, i.e., SPEEDING. The fact that you were speeding is not in doubt. I don't know what to tell you about the 6 mph discrepency though, cause every mph over the limit costs ya....

All you are able to desire for in a tribulation is a verdict of not responsible. until eventually there is data to educate that he's responsible, be prepared to offer up kinfolk such as your spouse and children. it truly is purely the way it truly works.

Need more info. If you have tires on your vehicle that are over sized, your speedometer will read slow. It can vary between 4-10 mph slower than your actual speed.
Besides, you admitted to speeding so it sounds like you deserved a speeding ticket.

Um, I don't know about the specifics of the case because I wasn't there.
But you just admitted to speeding in your question. 60 in a 55 is still speeding.
