Definitely see a doctor. Sounds like you might have some kind of chemical imbalance that is causing this. My wife was just diagnosed with bi-polar a few months ago. She is taking something (dont recall what it is), and it has helped a lot.

Things going on in your life might be a factor also. I know my wife always felt like everything had to get done, and if it didn't she would get upset and have outbursts. During that time I just let her go then a few minutes later she would calm down and be back to normal again.

She always explained things as mulitple thoughts racing through her mind and feeling helpless many times.

Not saying you have this but check out this website.

It sounds far fetched and I never would have believed it unless I experienced it and saw it in others- this could very well be directly related to food allergies and intolerances.

Please feel free to email me and I will share my experiences with you and what I have learned over my 2 years of research into how foods can affect your moods and brain function.

A doctor is very likely to put you on drugs which can only exaccerbate the problem or cause other problems that are just as bad or worse- they are onyl treating the symptoms, but there is a root cause .
I have seen this problem cured with no negative side effects through diet change and if needed a short term supplement therapy.

Please email me .

The only way to figure out why YOU feel like this is to seek professional help. Talk therapy can help you sort out what is going on with you. For me, it has been years of problems that lead to anxiety and anger. I feel overwhelmed and starting avoiding what was going on, but that only makes things worse. Sometimes you need someone from the outside to help you see things and make plans to fix them.

There is also medications available that you can take in the short term to help. It is scary and difficult to turn your entire life around. I wish you luck.

What you need to do is look around and see what makes you so angry. It coukd just be that you just need a little time to yourself. Take a full weekend and just do for yourself. My docter told me when I was feeling like that, that my hormones were off. So maybe what you could do is just go see a docter and see if that could be a problem. I never thought that was why I was feeling like that. Some times I still get like that and I just take a deep breath, and sometimes I take a hot bath.

You have an anxiety disorder and it could turn into a full blown panic attack. Has anyone recently died? Or has someone close to you moved away? Have you been rejected? or divorced? Who have you separated yourself from? You have a spirit of fear and a spirit of anger.

Unforgiveness, resentment and anger fall right into line. Bitterness is a principality of the enemy.

If we are in conflict with one another, I'm not your enemy. You're not my enemy. Do you know the problem we have?
We are not able to separate the person from their sin. Their sin is our enemy - NOT THEM.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12

When someone violates us, we make him or her evil along with the evil that they did. You've got to be able to separate people from their sin. God didn't create you from the foundation of the world as a sinner. He created you from the foundation of the world as saints before Him and as His sons and daughters forever. Because of sin, we have become separated from God. Even after conversion, we still have many things to work out and the Holy Spirit helps us.

The medical terminology is a chemical imbalance in the brain.

If you are age 40 - 60 it could be hormones and menopause, but from what little you said it sounds like Fear, Anxiety and Stress.

Another question are you a neat nick? Everything must be in order and in its place and if it gets out of place you are very upset? OCD often comes with Panic Disorders or Anxiety Disorders.

You must deal with a spirit of fear. Perfect love casts out all fear, because fear has torment. The only perfect love out there is the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus can bring you through any situation. Trust Him.

You need plenty of support, and an undersanding sister or brother and or friend.

Identify the 'triggers' and rule out dietry reactions to certain foods. ie: intolerence. go with it and dont worry about things you have no control over.

get out more, go for long walks if you feel frustration and try a yoga video. I have tried all those and thankfully mine is at bay nowadays.

chin up lovey it will get better if you try and with lots of support

Hi you could be suffering from any number of issues, hon.

Why not talk to your doctor? He might refer you to someone else from there.

Sometimes therapy is a great way to help us learn some good coping skills, get to the sources of our anger, and work on our issues.

Therapy really does work when we WORK IT.

take care of yourself, and i hope you get the good help you deserve.
