for me, religion is not about belief, it's about a way of choosing to experience spirituality.

to me, it's like books in general. The abusive fans of one book may turn some people off books entirely, but one can still read and appreciate fiction without forgetting that fiction and reality are seperate. When we read a good novel, we don't believe in the characters as real - but we suspend disbelief. Same thing for me in spirituality

I can take no credit for the faith that is hard-wired into my soul. I'm just glad it's there.

There was a time in the past when i took that frightening step of opening up to God's will, and what a long, strange trip it has been.

As a Christian my goal is to win souls for the kingdom and seek to see my Lord Jesus and be with him in Heaven for eternity. He laid down His life for me. That's why I believe.
