They had a program on about English people living in Ireland complaining that they are not liked. One guy complaining about a pub he was in that muted the TV when the English national anthem was been played.

Who here thinks these people have a right to complain as after all when the Irish went to England for work they were treat for worse but not as bad as they were treated in the US.

I agree with Orla C. People in Ireland are quite accepting but some (and I emphasise some) English people behave as if they are Gods gift to the earth. This is why they are not liked.

You have to make an effort to fit in with the country and culture to which you move - you are the visitor. There are lots of very nice people from different countries living here but I bet if you were to check up on those complaining they are not particularly nice themselves!

I opt to take heed to CD's mutually as driving, my everyday songs those days have been from The Scorpions new album Sting interior the Tail. i in my opinion like Raised on Rock, Slave Me, the sturdy Die youthful (feat. Tarja Turunen), No shrink, turn You On, enable's Rock, SLY, Spirit of Rock - heck, the entire album is amazingly sturdy and great for driving alongside to music. If I do hear to the FM radio interior the motor vehicle, it rather is usually a rustic station, and it rather is ninety 8 or ninety 9 component something looking on the place i'm driving, yet i become bored of that rapid, all the songs are so depressing and are approximately ingesting or dropping the single which you adore. There are actually not very many metallic or sturdy no longer straight forward rock stations, plus i do no longer ought to take heed to categorised classified ads and stuff as quickly as I play a CD. specifically circumstances i like to take heed to compilation CD's that have a sort of artists on them, this is almost like listening to the radio without the commericals (:

There are plenty of foreigners living in Ireland now, and the only reason that any of them are 'not liked' is because as individuals, they make themselves 'not liked'. When you move to another country, you have to make an effort.
