Use Google. Search for "Windows File Split Program". (Unless you're running Linux, in which case, search "man split").

Here are some programs that will do what you want.

The bottom one seems best to me.

You, the sender, can select "x" number of pages and save to filename_part1 and select another number of pages and save to filename_part 2.

All the receiver has to do, providing he/she has the same software, is open a blank document and insert the two parts, then save.

Of course if you had a zip file you could zip it.
