I need advice on how to deal with the contra, instruments, patients, hygene etc. I am in the third year and will graduate in 2.5 years

try to work with your non dominant hand , it will be wonderful to use both hands during work .

Don't ask patients questions while packing their mouth with cotton.

Don't be looking under the chair for missing instrument that came up missing on tray.

Stay calm when the patient opens their mouth and avoid rearing yourself back on the stool kicking away all at the same time.

Also don't banging a metal instrument on a sore tooth and then asking if it hurts. Especially when they came in to see you in the first place because of that tooth.

where are you planning on practicing after you graduate??...could do with a good a dentist round here in the U.K...the waiting lists are sooooooooo long..and i.m sure you would be very popular with those good looks of yours.... lol....

Use composite materials for fillings and build-ups. Stay away from amalgum.
