i don't think so exactly however.. there is an allergic type of reaction that some people get to stuff like that, (spices, caffeine, chocolate) and that is getting red cheeks/face, and their face also gets hot.. I don't know if that means their body temperature goes up.
I get the exact thing, i feel heat and my face and cheeks burn and are red. I eat chocolate anyway! I Don't know if it makes it seem like I have a "fever" though

It does give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. Does that count? Other than that, I have never heard that chocolate raises body temp.

hope this answer yr question
Chocolate contains alkaloids such as theobromine and phenethylamine, which have physiological effects on the body. It has been linked to serotonin levels in the brain. Scientists claim that chocolate, eaten in moderation, can lower blood pressure.
The presence of theobromine renders it toxic to some animals.

Choclate contain caffeine and caffeine is a stimulant, stimulants cause sympathetic nervous system arousal, so this will cause body temperature to rise, the best way to know is to take your anal temperature after a cup of chochoate and see if it rises.
