First of all select a subject you know well. Then start thinking on that
subject.Go on thinking & summarising your ideas.Continue this practice
by changing the subject. After afew days when you feel you can think
fluently move on to loud thinking. Go on speaking what you think in a
lonely place. Finally when you are amongst your close friends start your
loud thinking as a articipant in the discussion.
