Try listening broadcastings from the BBC, for example, on a regular basis. They speak not too fast, not too slow. If you don't like the BBC, there are so many options on internet. Pick one a listen, listen, listen.

Simple sir .

1. Have Memorized Sentences which you are habituated in your Mother Tongue .

2. Remember frequently asked Questions towards you .

3. realize the Common Answers from Others - For You .
4. Build-up your Presence assuch you want to Listen correctly .

Because of 4th point , You also need to Address Accordingly .

first hi. u r problem is a common problem with many people. what i will suggest u is try to bring in cofidence in u r self& then practice in front of the mirror before u have to go &talk. keep talking to u r self, slowly u will gain that fluency. to talk to people just a little bit of confidence& some magic

First of all select a subject you know well.Then start thinking on that
subject.Go on thinking & summarising your ideas.Continue this practice
by changing the subject.After afew days when you feel you can think
fluently move on to loud thinking. Go on speaking what you think in a
lonely place.Finally when you are amongst your close friends start your
loud thinking as a articipant in the discussion.

daily read eng newspapers,
If you have money, you can go to take an English course.
read a lot of articles and books.
Watch the English news on television channels like Star World, CNN, BBC .
Converse frequently in english.

listen to songs in the language you want to learn then translate it to your used language. listening to songs makes you remember the words.. if u want, try a language dictionary
