"Everyone see what wants to see and hear what wants to hear". how will be this in latin? please don't joke.

There is more than one way to say something in Latin. The first answer you had here is in Spanish, not Latin, so just be aware of that as you are choosing which answer you like.

Vident omnes quod videre, audirentque quod audire vellent.

There is no need to use vellent (they would wish) twice, so I left it out because I believe it sounds better and is more like anciently used Latin, to my ears.

Although you had several answers here, I want to make the comment that the people who spoke Latin were not called Latins. There was a people called the Latins who lived in Italy perhaps 3000 years ago, but we do not know their language;Vergil refers to the truce between Jupiter and Juno wherein they retain the language and customs, although in governance, they are taken over by the Trojans. Speakers of Latin were, at one time, called Romans. Later on, all of the educated western world spoke Latin.

Audet and audere are not meaning "to hear" but "to dare / to have courage". The verb for "to hear" is audire and hence audit / audiunt .

Also Latins were usually not repeating the main verb (here above volunt or vult).
