I am looking for a web browser that will increase my browsing productivity. Any browsers that can load pages faster?
Another feature I think would be nice... hitting back usually causes the page to reload and takes a long time. Any browser that can disable reloading pages to speed up browsing?

you can disable reloading pages in internet explorer settings, but there's not too many choices for browers, everyone uses either internet explorer or firefox, right?

Alternately, you could install Fasterfox, an extension which does some of this automatically, and makes tuning easier.

I like any browser with tabs like Firefox or Netscape for example. Much more productive when using multiple pages.

i does no longer blame Opera for this. it rather is all Vista's fault. i've got been employing Opera for years on the grounds that Win ninety 8 SE, and easily now on the grounds that i bought a workstation pre-put in with Vista does now Opera crash on occasion. i exploit it on my paintings workstation that runs XP and it runs completely. only positioned, Vista is a substantial reminiscence hog and any third-celebration utility (non-Microsoft) will unavoidably have subjects. (Even my Winamp will freeze up each and every now on then on Vista.) you should do a sparkling installation (deleting each and all the folders after preliminary uninstillation), yet that isn't be sufficient. the suited element to ward off such crashses is to no longer have something working mutually as surfing with Opera.

Firefox with right combination of add ons is perfect for what you need. If you are looking for sheer speed, I find OPERA is pretty damn quick.
