They all are.
Let me ask you something: do you ride in cars? Statistically you are more likely to be killed in a car wreck than in a plane crash, even if you flew every day. In fact, you are ONE HUNDRED TIMES more likely to die in a car wreck!
Let me ask you something else: have you ever crossed a street? You are more likely to be killed crossing a street than you are flying, even if you flew every day.
It's all in your head. I recommend seeing a psychologist about it and get some help. It is silly to sit around being terrified of flying. You may as well be afraid to breath. Truth is that breathing kills millions of people every year, but you'd go nuts if you feared that.

Despite which airline is statistically the safest ... the seats all the way at the back of the plane are statistically the safest places to sit. In crashes, the closer you are to the cockpit, the more likely you are to die in a crash. Think of the way a plane crashes, usually nose first. The back seat is the way to go, or you could just ride in the tail with the black box...

The FAA shows that information on their website. I think that Southwest Airlines has one of the best safety records for an airline that has been in business for the last 35 to 40 years. Some of the newer airlines have a completely clean slate, however, they have not been in the business long enough to have a proven safety record.

statistically speaking on record their aint any carrier which hasnt had any kinda mishap but at the same time its one of the most safest means of transportation , and yea there wont be any point in u knowin which is a safe carrier coz that carrier may just not fly to where u wanna go to so doesnt really help yea.
but yeah as others here said , its all in ur mind hun ... its safe and will always be safe since more and more work goes into safety than anyone else , there are millions flying in the air every day and they are always back on the ground safe :)

If you have never flown I suggest you try it once and see if there is any possibility of the plane crashing. The safest airlines are Saudi Arabian Airlines, Etihad airways, Qantas, Kenyan Airlines. But actually all planes are safe.

According to statistics, if a child was born on an airplane, and stayed on that airplane for his entire life, he would be 71 years old before his aircraft was involved in an accident.
You are much safer in the air than on the ground driving in an automobile.

Qantas and Virgin have both had accidents, but neither airline has yet had to write off a jet aircraft due to accidental damage.
Do a search on Qantas accident at Bangkok to see how they bent up one of their 747s.

all aircraft are safe!...air is a fluid to an aircraft and it swims thru it like a boat on water...whilst your wondering if such a heavy plane is going to get off the ground?...the pilot would be very surprised if it didnt...you dont take off!...you are sucked up into the sky...think like that and you wont be scared anymore...all aircraft look clumsy on the ground...rather like a seal lion...but once in their own enviroment they are graceful and expert...av a good un next time eh?...

I would fly Southwest. One mishap occurred at Burbank/Hollywood Airport where they overshot the runway.
