Are they seriously fighting or just scrapping? All animals will play fight and fight for dominance. This is normal and mice are no different.

You have only just got them and they have gone from the pet shop to a brand new cage in a new place with new toys and new smells. It is only to be expected that they will begin to reassert their dominance as they explore their new surroundings. This should settle down in a few days once they have resettled the hierarchy.

To help them with this you should ensure that there are at least 2 sleeping places in the cage and plenty of toys to keep them occupied. Watch them to see when they fight. If it is over food then either place 2 food bowls in different parts of the cage or scatter feed them so one cannot bully the other. If they are arguing over who can run in the wheel then get them 2. (If you don't have space for 2 of everything then you have far too small a cage).

Male mice are naturally more territorial than female mice and so they need a lot of space. How big is your cage? The absolute minimum for 2 mice is 2 square feet and for males this should probably be at least doubled. Most cages sold for mice are sadly far too small and the end result will almost certainly be having to seperate the mice into 1 cage each. This will deprive them of the opportunity to be social and so you should make every effort to allow them to live together - which means bigegst cage you can get.

Male mice can be neutered and this would help with aggression. But not all vets are willing to do this operation and so you would need to find a very experienced and knowledgeable vet. This should be more a last resort than a first option.

If they are drawing blood or causing injuries then they should be seperated as this is aggressive fighting. If not then chances are they will work out their differences given some time.

Male mice cant be in the same tank unless you have a big enough enclosue for both of them (even that wont always work) you need to sperate them.
only 2 females or a male and female (only if you want babys) can be plaed together

Unfortunately this is very very common when you have 2 male mice. Generally male mice need to be housed separately. If kept together chances are one of them will kill the other. 2 female mice usually do beautifully housed together.

Mice fight for food sometimes. They want to eat and they do not want to be in a cage with someone.

Stop blowing pot smoke on them and seperate them when you can't be there to supervise.
