I like dogs because they are so loyal and they are also cute and kind. Dogs are easy to teach and also, I have 4 dogs at home, my parents are gonna buy me 2 more.

well if you say that on the cat forum and you'll get alot of backlash about how great cats are too.
i realizedwhy I love dogs are the same reasons why I love cats only they show it differently.
I love their affection, companionship, personalities, loyalty, playfulness.

I LOVE DOGS!
The reason I prefer them over cats is because you can take them places. You can spend lots of time with them when you go hiking, swimming, etc. I'm also a big dog person. I want a dog that I can hug and squeeze and know I'm not hurting him. They make me feel safe and protected. You can't get the loyalty of a dog from a cat. They're my kind of creature.
Right now I have a cat, but want a dog.

I have to say I'm more of a dog person. I do like cats, but dogs are just in a league of their own. They have so much personality and are just so cute. The loyalty and devotion they show their owners is awesome and they truly are great companions. A lot of my time goes towards dogs. I'm a vet nurse and also put a lot of time and effort in educating others about responsible dog ownership mainly through my website.

Dogs!!! I like cats too, but dogs are more affectionate & lovable. Cats are a little more stand offish until they need you. The dog I have know is a riot. I swear she has been here before. She is very smart. Definitely Dogs -- Hands Down!!!

Cats--because they are more intelligent and independent. A cat will leave if mistreated. A dog wil come back for more of the same, over and over again, proving that cats are the more intelligent of the two species.

Both...I have a cat and a dog. They are both great. Plus they keep each other company...they love to pay together.
