You are better off having a spirit with a diet mixer. Brandy, Gin, Vodka, Whisky & Rum are all 222 cals per 100ml.

There is no fat in most alcoholic drinks. Wine, beer and hard liqours generally have no fat content.
So I wouldn't call them "fattening".
They do have calories, however. Beer, wine or a shot all have about 100-150 calories per serving, considerably less than a can of soda (non-diet).
So drink what tatses good to you. You will work off 100 calories in an hour of standing around talking.

straight liquor is the lowest calorie option, and as that one woman mentioned mixing it with diet soda is a great way to have a calorie free mixer.

However, there is an exciting development in booze: alcoholic vapor. It hasn't been accepted very much in the USA yet, but keep your eyes open for it. In the sources is an article about it.

Only the Michelob Ultra. However, a girl I know swears that Miller Lite is the lowest. More importantly, why aren't beer, wine, etc, required to label their products showing nutritional information?

light beer...still has a lot of calories but not quite s bad...or that select stuff has even less...

most liquor itself doesn't have a ton of calories, but the stuff you mix it with usually does. try doing straight shots! or mix it with diet pop or plain club soda with a slice of lemon or lime.
