Usually you explain with a sentence.
sahoor is the meal after midnight before a person begins fasting.
iftaar is the meal when breaking the fast

There isn't really an exact word in English, because Ramadan is a Muslim holiday, and therefore primarily celebrated in Arabic speaking countries.
I would say the best English would be the "Breaking of the Fast".

well suhur is the pre-dawn meal. evening meal would work 4 iftar but again its better to explain it...
