Because if they really believed in Him they wouldn't have lost their limbs to Satan in the first place. (Amputated limbs automatically go to Hell.)

How exactly do you think God "picks on" amputees...or anyone for that matter? Because whoever you're getting your information is sorely mistaken. List your source...unless of course, you're just making stuff up to stir the pot.
And Atheists who don't believe in God will disagree with you also.

Anyone with an amputated limb is clearly faithless.
After all, anything is possible with faith. And no amputee has ever regenerated a limb.
