That is the lowest dose possible.
They last for 72 hours. Well are supposed to. Most people find the effect is less to none after 48+ hours.
Place it in a new place every time you change then to avoid irritation. Find a place that doesn't have too much hair. Shave a certain spot a few days before you use that site if needed.
Go and buy yourself some Tegaderm or Opsite. It's a must if you want the patches not to fall off. It's a clear, solid dressing that you place over the patch and that adheres to your skin and it stops them falling off after the first day.
Always fold them before disposal, stops drug addicts using whatevers left over. And ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER TOUCHING THE PATCH. It will be absorbed through ALL skin surfaces inclusing your hands.

Because the patch is made up of a Morphine derogative it has a lot of side effects as Morphine. But don't be scared. You are on the lowest dose and not a lot of people experiences the reactions, except drowsiness. Which goes after a while of using them.

If you want to ask anything else about these patches message me through my profile.

What I am wondering is why your doctor would put you on a patch, on this low of a dosage yet, instead of many other headache medications.
It seems to me that It would be much more productive to have you on something more convenient then the patch. I would ask. Ask about "Topamax" for headaches.
