Also I sprayed my house with some 3 in 1 stuff I bought, washed my sheets & blankets. I didn't actually see fleas but I did find little worm looking things, are those the larvae?

The little worm things were like mini brown worms, much smaller than a grain of rice

ive used Frontline Plus, and Revolution products. I find that while Revolution is a good product for paracites, it doesnt last the whole month its suppose to. Frontline works real quick, last the longest, and kills more fleas, eggs, larve, ticks, and chewing lice, while the other products dont even do half that. The thing with frontline is, you will continue to see fleas and whatnot but they are most likely dieing. The worm looking thing could either be larve, or possibly your cat has worms as well (was the worm near her rear end, or where she just sat down?) If this is your first month with frontline, you need to continue using it for 3 months to completely rid your animals of fleas, because fleas have a 21 day life cycle. (meaning that if you treated your cat, but not your home, some fleas will reappear in 21 days, and go to your cat, most likely they will die on contact with the cat, but you still want to get rid of them before this happens) In your home, they have flea bombs and sprays. I find that the Raid for fleas works very well. (you and your animals need to be out of the house while using a bomb) oh and dont buy heartz products, they dont work! also try getting a flea collar, and chop it up, and put it in your vaccume bag, it helps kill the fleas while you vaccume. they are 3 steps when getting rid of fleas 1 treat your animal 2 treat your home and 3 treat your yard! there are a lot of sprays you can use to treat your yard, that dont harm animals and they help so we and your animals dont bring in more fleas into the home (yes fleas can travel on us ) I wouldn't give your cat a bath (if its a flea bath) it would be putting too much pesticides on her, and can actually make her sick. (after 48 hours of frontline, you can give your cat a normal bath, just no flea shampoo).

Hi,I use frontline don't give them a bath, did you make sure to apply it to the skin only.Give it time to work.I have used it for 4 months now and my kitten has not had a single flea on him.I found sprays a waste of time, decided to try "Bob Martins Flea Bombs" (use one for each room) and these have got rid of the fleas in my home 100%

If you have used Frontline they that should work. Bathing would only be an ordeal for you & the cats! Also by bathing you may wash away the Frontline drops which would defeat the whole purpose.

Frontline can take about 24 hours to kill all fleas and it could be that they still itch for a while if they already have flea bites.
The little 'wormy things' - are you sure they are not tapeworm segments? They look like small grains of rice.
Flea larvae looks like this:

It helps if you vacum often and dispose or empty the bag as often as possible. If you have a bad flea problem you should send the cats to a groomer and schedule an appointment with an exterminator for the same day. The cats need to be out of your home when they exterminate for fleas. Good luck

I say that you get the Revolution for your cats. We have three cats and we always use Revolution for them. Also, when you put the flea stuff on your cats, make sure that it goes on the back of their neck ON THEIR SKIN... it won't work if it just goes on their fur.
And, DON'T GIVE YOUR CATS A BATH!!!!! My dad did this once with his cat before I was born and that cat bit him and would not let go! My mom had to practically choke him before he would let go. I hope my advice has helped you...!

as quickly as a results of fact the hair dries, practice the liquid. you will word an oily residue, yet this could be absorbed in approximately 3 days. do not attempt to unfold it out. basically squirt and hug. determine you compliment your cat for enduring the flea tub.

Possibly. You may want to go to a vet and get some Revolution. My friend (she has 4 cats) swears by it.
