It ain't alright to do it! Your body will suffer from it physically. If not now, eventually. You should seek some professional help ASAP as you can't live off 200 calories a day. Lack of food will effect your concentration for the immediate and other things later - including fertility problems. Please seek some advice and eat more than you are. This is a road you do not want to even set foot on let alone walk along!

It's a vicious cycle your in. The reason your'e obsessed with food - probably think bout it all the time right?- is because it's your brains way of saying 'help, i need vitamins and nutrients to function'. When you hit weight too low, your brain starts playing real tricks on you and your stomach shrinks, so even small amounts of food seem huge. 111 lbs is thin - probably too thin but if you have anorexia, you may like the sound of even hearing that. I would really advise you go see your g.p or talk to someone you trust about this before it ends up controlling you, if it hasn't already. sounds like anorexia and to put it bluntly, this kind of thing leads to death if not treated. I've been in your situation and can tell you that as soon as you realise that its a symptom of something deeper you will be closer to breaking free from it. Sometimes it's easier to distract yourself with food and calories than to admit something deep within your heart or your life needs dealing with. I know it's blunt honey but, I tell it how it is. You have to look after yourself - no one else will. Take care.

Some people are meant to be 3 digits, or about 111 or a little higher. I for one, look terrible at 115, when I did let myself do that and below....
It's good to be concerned with food and exercise. It's not good to eat only the amount of calories needed to get up out of bed in the morning and back into it at night. You are addicted to the high of knowing your secret, knowing you can do this to yourself and not get sick...YET. Your body is going through something awful now or it will soon, and your mind is already being affected. Consider counseling.

It sounds like you are already taking it too far. This is not healthy and you sound well on your way to becoming anorexic. You really need to talk to someone, see your doctor and inquire about a healthy diet plan. A Dr. can also tell you what weight range is right for your height. He will also be able to tell you what you "body mass index" (BMI) is and what it should be. You don't say how tall you are but 111 pounds isn't much for anyone.
I fear that if you do this for "a little while" you may find you can not stop. If you need to lose weight a Dr. can help you do that in a safe way. Good luck and good health.

111 lbs? That is thin. You can't survive on 200 cal. a day. Remember that more you starve yourself the more your body will shut down .It goes into starvation mode and it is going to be very easy to put on the pounds the rest of your life because you are not taking care of yourself properly.
I suffered anorexia badly in my 20's. I know what this all about, and understand that it is a illness. Do not let it kill you. It almost did me in , and trust me it is not worth it.

111 pounds? Doesnt sound like you have a problem, as long as you are not anorexic or bulimic. If you enjoy life and how you live it dont try to live up to or down to others expectations, be happy. Sounds to me you will have a long and happy life, makes me envious.

Being healthy is what matters, not the number on the scale. As long as you are eating healthy, and not starving yourself, it doesn' tmatter what your habits are. And exercise is a good thing.

Get counseling. You're killing yourself. If you think 111 is "loads" this isn't something you'll do for a little while.
