well I don't know if there's a religion like that but I know I do believe that, I mean I don't belvieve in god (not jesus or whatever catholic god but buddah) because there've been people exploring outer space and there are no god there, then again if they are god and we are merely human how could we possibly see them? then again how does god becomes god in the first place? there must be more than one? etc. You see how it is becomes more and more confusing to if there or isn't there a god or god(s) if God(s) meant for us not to see them and not know that they exist then I will follow their wishes, The afterlife however is another story, I believe in the afterlife, why? because it is something to look forward too, how could we possibly accept the fact that after you die there's nothing but a blank? I for one cannot, I need something to explain to me what happen when I die, therefore the afterlife make sense to me and give me an answer instead of wondering on and on to what happen after you die, once again it is what I think and whatever everyone else think is also true for them and no one have the right to tell anyone that their way of thinking about religion and the after life is wrong unless it harm someone else that is.
Anyway so I guess I can name my religion after me ^_^ ! you can call it Monk-i-sm ^_^

Possibilities are endless. But I go by the answer given by `ultimate atheist', which is very close to my belief. And may be very similar to the answers given by me in the past.
Buddhism is the only religion which dose not believe in God but believes in re-birth.
It is human hunger for eternity which makes people believe in re-birth and afterlife. It is very difficult for most people to come to term with the reality that death is the final end. Not surprisingly religions have harvested on this notion and have thrived.
(Surprisingly in a hypnotic experiment 3 British men said, when in trance, that they were Prince Charles in the previous birth...funny isn't it?..when the real prince is still alive and kicking....I am sorry for not being able to give a proper reference though but I have read it somewhere in the past)

Of course, unless you think the afterlife is simply going to heaven. Lots of people believe in reincarnation, if you're a viking warrior you get to go to valhalla. Most afterlife stories are tied up with some sort of religion, though

He/She has to belive both.
“Are there such religions Are there people who don't believe in a God, but they stil believe in the afterlife?”
Answer is No
What Al-Qur’aan says about life?
[40:68] He is the only One who controls life and death. To have anything done, He simply says to it, "Be," and it is.
[10:56] He controls life and death, and to Him you will be returned.

Yes their are Many here that Be live as for that can see
and feel the spirit energy but the be live when we cross over we step in to our next form and just go on for ever.
These people see with out SEEING! A Closed Mind IS what it is CALLED.They can not see the Forest Because The
Trees are in their way. The After Life as you put it Has
Infinite Meanings as it Has Destinations. When those who Be Live in that alone with out A be life in our Creator,or Have the Knowledge of The Christ our Creators Gift to us
to Guide those who Be Live in Him and his Teachings
Not just what the Roman Church uses But all of his teachings of how energy is contained and is transferred
from one point to another,His teachings of Channeling
The energy of The Creator and using it for Healing,
Removing Negative Spiritual energy,s etc.
If they dint have that they are Doomed to being Recycled
or A limbo for as long as it is their time to be their.
Yes their will be A Day of RECKONING, For those that
Choose the path of Non Acceptance. I Be Live what happens to the energy of those who are non Be Livers
is that it is Tested for what it is and what is positive is removed and the Negative is used to feed the negative.
Energy can not be Destroyed just Changed form one form to another.

The God who's the reality, is straightforward to inform the reality. God is the source of eternal existence. We purely have eternal existence, if we settle for Him. If we are full of God's Holy Spirit, then the source of eternal existence dwells with us. we are linked to religious existence, yet our bodies are nevertheless portion of the international it quite is at present challenge to lack of life by using lack of the impact of the God of existence. it gained't continuously be this way. at the same time as Jesus returns the earth will be reconciled to its author. Our souls will be reconciled to our author, by using accepting His Spirit. there's a heaven it quite is a actual position, yet eternal existence is more desirable than an section it truly is having a restored courting with God.

I think there are but they'd rarely call themselves atheist.
Alice Sebold depicts a very thoughtful and touching picture of the godless afterlife in her novel The Lovely Bones.

Sure, it's possible to believe anything!
I know Christians who don't believe in Hell - or rather, who consider Hell to be a "big empty furnace" - using the same logic many unbelievers do ala "GOD wouldn't torture anyone for all eternity"!
