help i am 15 i am a girl .i am 57kg that is 125 pound and i am 5 feet 6 tall can u all tell me how can i lost weight .My dream weight is 45 kg

why is everyone soooooooo obsesed with their weight these days! NO YOU ARE NOT FAT. If you get down to 45kg you would be nothing but skin and bones.

You are 15 and you have probably had many changes in your body. It may take some time to get used to your changing self. You are not fat! At 5'6" and 125, I am sure that you are at a normal (maybe less than normal) weight. The supermodel images that you may see on TV of girls that look like boys (with no hips or chest) are not the norm. If you want to eat healthier, that's always a good thing. Fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, whole wheat carbs, are all good. Avoid high concentrated sugar and junk food. Also, learn to accept the changes in your body as beautiful. Experiment with different styles of clothings. It may be that the clothes or styles you wore before don't look right on your body anymore. A good reason to go shopping! If you can't believe your weight is normal talk to the school nurse or one of your parents about your concern. You are just going through normal changes, work with it, not against it. Best of luck!

You are really NOT fat, not even a bit, not even remotely. 125 pounds is a healthy and slim weight for you height.

Why is your dream weight 45kg? That is far too low? It may be what Nicole Ritchie and other celebs think is acceptable but in the real world it's not a good idea. Unless you are naturally very skinny (some people just are), 45kg is just too low...

Please don't think you are fat, you can see here that everyone else thinks you are not, so please believe it!!! If you start obsessing now it will be a lifetime of calorie counting, boredom and obsession.

Please realize that you are very slim and healthy and that's the best way to be :-)

Please don't tell me your dream weight is 45 KGs. For someone that is 5' 6" even a women considered small frame is 120-133 lbs. (See the chart in the source located below).

Normally the only person that you should care about in reference to what you look like is you. But in this, case ask friends and family. Especially friends that you know don't hold back the truth.

You are not even remotely fat - you are a normal, healthy, weight. 45 kg would be significantly underweight and is not something you should aspire to.
If, despite everyone telling you that you do not need to diet, you still feel that you should lose weight, please speak to a doctor about your feelings to get some advice so that you don't develop an eating disorder.
You shouldn't be trying to lose weight, but you can make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and that you get lots of fresh air and exercise.

most guys I know like an armful of girl to hug, not a scarecrow that's gonna snap in two when they give her a squeeze ... I'd say 57 K is a pretty normal weight for a your height and please don't make yourself sick because you want some skinny supermodel look ... it ain't worth it ... I'm a guy whose had to battle anorexia for the past 15 years and I wish I could gain weight but I can lose five pounds in one day and take 10 days to get it back ... eat healthy, excerise to stay in shape and get out there and have some fun

You dont sound fat at all.There are certainly a lot of fatter people than you.

What does your Mum think?

Try to talk to your freinds about this.
If you cant find anyone to talk to about this you could try your doctor.

Try to eat a balanced diet and at least get some exersise and you will probably be fine.

omg im only 13 5 feet 6 but im 106 i dont think your fat since your 15 and im 13. you dont need to lose weight.

but if you truly think your fat ask your doctor he/she knows if you need to lose weight or not if you do he/she will tell you diets that are the best

whats? just imagine, i'm 16, 5'1'' weigh 110 but i even don't put target that low. if i was you, i would be very thankful for the height. don't aim for 45kg, you would look scary skinny! at least aim for 52-55kgs~it's more natural and cute
