It alternates between German and French.
English should be there...but here's a (rough) translation:
----------------------
Glatte Haut in
Profi-Qualitat:
=Smooth skin with professional quality or something like that.
8 KALTWACHSSTREIFEN
8 BANDES DE CIRE FROIDE
=8 strips of something (Babel Fish Translation says: "COLD WAX STRIP" so 8 cold wax strips I guess)
Fur normale haut- Erfrischend
Pour peau normale - rafreichiddantes
=For normal skin - refreshing?
mit minze - extrakten- besondes fur kurze haare
aux extraits de menthe - efficacite poils courts
=With mint-extract - especially for short hair
Schritt fur Schritt zu lang anhaltend glatter haun
=Step for step, and then I don't know. Something about long and smooth skin. I think it means "long lasting smooth skin."
-------------------
I'm guessing those are cold wax strips. I can't tell you how to use it since what you wrote says nothing about how to use it (I know that for sure).
EDIT: I think this is what you got: http://www.veet.com.hk/products_waxes.php#waxstrips
Hope I helped!

It's German and French, I can translate it from French to English for you:
8 cold wax strips
For normal skin- cooling/refreshing
with mint extracts- effective on short hairs
(the first and last lines are only in German so I have no clue what they mean)
Hope this helps?

Have a look here:
http://www.veet.us/products_waxes.shtml
or here
http://www.veet.co.uk/products_waxes.shtml
It's cold wax strips for removing hair on your legs etc.
It's written in German and French - translation has already been provided. How to use instructions can be found on the two English websites

German, then French by the looks of it... if you want to know what it says, try going to Veet's website and seeing if they can give you more directions, or put either the top or bottom sets of lines through an online translator. There's one at www.dictionary.com though I'm not sure how good it is. If you go that route, then the top lines are German, the bottom lines are French.

Quickie Translation of the German bits:
Smooth skin in professional quality:
8 cold-wax strips
For normal skin-
Refreshing with mint-extract-
Especially for short hair
Step-by-step for long-lasting smooth skin....
-----
I think this has something to do with shaving.
For the German instructions, look for text labeled something "Anleitung" or "Anweisung". Try running the text through babelfish.altavista.com (which provides sometimes intellegible translations). Take care to not omit the ä, ö, and ü.

I can tell you that the first one is German. The second one, most likely will be French.
